1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HarbourReply ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

HarbourReply provides an automated SMS response service for missed calls. The Service allows businesses to send automated text messages to callers and receive replies via email or Telegram.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service to send messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Register
• Ignore STOP requests from recipients

5. SMS Opt-Out

Recipients can opt out of receiving messages by replying STOP. We automatically honor all STOP requests immediately. You agree not to circumvent this mechanism.

6. Fees and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice.

7. Data Retention

Message data is automatically deleted after 90 days unless otherwise required by law. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain long-term.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

HarbourReply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
